Bacchus Palms has been around for a while now.  For most of those years as a passion and a hobby rather than as a supplier of beautiful palm trees.

Back in the mid-1990’s we collected a few seeds from palm trees in Auckland.  Somehow, if you’ll forgive the pun, things just grew from there.

Mike and Rosemary look after the nursery in the Far North.  Phil’s based in London sourcing rare and unusual seeds.

We’re proud of what we’ve grown and are excited about adding new and different species of palms that will thrive in New Zealand’s climate.
